What payment methods are available?

Cash, Credit Card, and EFTPOS facilities are available.

Can I purchase a gift voucher for Kylie's Beauty Room?

 

Yes - dollar amount gift vouchers are available for purchase. These vouchers can be used towards treatments or products.

You can choose to order gift vouchers over the phone with Kylie and once paid for can be either picked up in person, emailed to you or the recipient or posted in the mail.

Please note gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers cannot be extended or refunded for cash.

Is there parking nearby?

There is plenty of street parking along Church Road - please do not park in the driveway.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

​​

Please arrive no more than five minutes early to your scheduled appointment time. Arriving on time for your appointment will ensure that you experience your treatment to the fullest. Arriving late may lessen the time I am able to spend on your treatment.

What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?

​​

Confirmation will be made the day prior to your appointment via text message. If you need to change or cancel your appointment please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may incur charges for late cancellations and no-shows.

Bookings over $100 require a 50% non-refundable booking fee.

Can I bring children to my appointment?

​

Due to health and safety regulations and the nature of my business, children are not permitted in the salon, however babies secured in prams or capsules are welcome.
